Summer is busy and fast. Before the kids are home, the travel kicks in and everyone needs you…take one morning entirely for yourself. Move your body, unlock your creativity and connect with like-minded women over coffee. You'll leave feeling energised, inspired and ready for whatever the season brings.

Spark your creativity

We begin with a cup of tea and a guided journalling session, facilitated by Antoanella Safca.

Journalling is an invitation to turn inward and have a beautiful conversation with yourself. One that goes beyond the to-do lists, the constant self-optimising and the difficult emotions — and instead opens the door to your creativity, your many different layers, and the freedom to express what's there without any judgement.

Flow 

Awaken your body

Once we've set our intentions on paper, Ana will guide you through a creative yoga flow designed to get the body moving in every direction and build your energy. Expect fluid, expressive movement — weaving together yoga, myofascial release and breathwork — that awakens your spine, shakes off any lingering tension and leaves you feeling open, strong and taller.

Coffee and conversation

We close the morning together — journalling on the sensations that arise from movement, then gathering over coffee and healthy snacks. This is the part where you chat, laugh, connect with the women in the room and carry that energy with you into your summer.
